15. Sales Conditions

15.1 General Conditions

The prices indicated on the website include VAT, but shipping costs are separate. Prices are valid except for typographical errors. Prices may change without notice. For pending orders, and as long as our costs allow it, the most favorable price for the customer will be applied. If for any reason this is not possible, the customer will be notified to decide whether to modify or cancel their order.

15.2 Payment Methods

There are four possible payment methods:

  • By Bank Transfer or Deposit:

    The beneficiary must be Quick Grinder, and the order number and buyer's last name must be indicated as the concept.
    It is not necessary to send us the proof of your deposit; we will verify the correct payment at the bank. In case of any problem, Quick Grinder will contact the customer to resolve it.
    Once the payment is verified, we will send you the material by the method you have chosen.
  • With a credit card: Through the website of Banco Sabadellatlántico.
  • In Cash: If you pick up the order in person, you can pay in cash at the time of pickup.

15.3 Shipping Methods

At the moment, we have three available shipping options:

  • Regular Mail: Delivery time can vary from two days to two weeks.
  • Express Shipping: The material will be delivered the day after shipment.
  • Pickup at our facilities: There is the possibility of picking up orders in person. Before picking up an order, you must wait to be notified that it is available for pickup.

15.4 Shipping Costs

Transportation costs are borne by the customer and depend on the weight and volume of the requested material, as well as the chosen payment method.

15.5 National Express Shipments (Delivery 24h-48h)

Shipments up to 2kg: €6.00

Shipments between 2kg and 5kg: €9.00

Shipments over 10kg: €15.00

Shipments to the Balearic Islands:

2kg shipments: €9.00

Shipments between 2kg and 5kg: €15.00

International shipments:

Up to 2kg: Between €11.00 and €21.00 *Rates depending on the destination country

15.6 Delivery Times

Delivery times depend on the selected shipping method. Under normal circumstances, and as long as the purchased products are in stock, your order will be dispatched in less than 24 hours. This time must be added to the time derived from the selected shipping method.

15.7 Warranty and Returns

Quick Grinder guarantees the operation of our products for a period of one year from the date indicated on the purchase invoice.

Quick Grinder cannot guarantee that the purchased product meets the specific needs of a particular customer. Quick Grinder can only guarantee that our products meet the conditions mentioned in the product description text.

The shipping costs arising from the processing of a product's warranty will be entirely borne by Quick Grinder.

In case of breakdown, malfunction, or manufacturing defect of a product, the customer must contact Quick Grinder by phone at (+34) 936 031 314 or by email at info@quickgrinder.com, and Quick Grinder will provide instructions on how to execute the product warranty.

Quick Grinder will return to the customer all those products under warranty that have been sent by the buyer as defective and are in perfect working order. In this case, shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
